Spaghetti with chopped tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Courgette
  • 1 (approx. 40 g) Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Oil
  • 250 g Minced beef
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried rosemary

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the zucchini into pieces. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat, onions, garlic and courgettes.

    Add tomatoes and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
