Ingredients

  • 250 g green and blue grapes
  • 160 g calorie-reduced Leerdamer cheese (28% fat in dry matter)
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1/2 -315 (290 g, drained: 190 g) ml can of mandarin oranges
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 30 g Walnut halves

Directions

    Wash, halve and seed the grapes. Cut cheese into sticks. Sort the salad and wash thoroughly. Drain the mandarins and collect the juice. Mix oil, vinegar and 4 tablespoons of mandarin juice.

    Season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop the nuts and add them. Mix the salad ingredients, add the walnut marinade.
