Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TSP Beef soup paste (or beef stock)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Soup peas (ready to buy)

Directions

    Boil up the soup paste with 800 ml water. Season to taste with salt and pepper if necessary. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Put the fried peas into soup bowls and pour the hot stock over them.

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
