  • 1 washer (40 g) Whole grain toast
  • 75 g Herb quark light
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sprouts (e.g. radish or alfalfa sprouts)
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink pepper berries

Directions

    Roast the toast, let it cool down briefly and spread with quark. Spread sprouts on top and cut in half diagonally. Garnish with pink pepper berries.
