Zucchini-melon salad with turkey strips

Ingredients

  • 1 small zucchini (about 150 g)
  • 1/4 (approx. 250 g) Honeydew melon
  • 120 g Turkey Breast
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON liquid honey
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil

Directions

    Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Remove seeds from honeydew melon, cut into slices and peel. Cut the slices crosswise. Wash turkey breast, dab dry and cut into small, about 1 cm wide slices.

    Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan and place in a bowl. Fry the zucchini slices in the frying fat, salt lightly, remove and add to the meat. Fold in melon slices. For the marinade, mix vinegar, salt, pepper and honey, fold in 1 teaspoon of oil and mix into the remaining ingredients of the salad. Rinse the basil, dab dry, pluck the leaves, cut large leaves into small pieces. Mix basil into the salad. Season salad with salt and pepper.

    Fold in melon slices. For the marinade, mix vinegar, salt, pepper and honey, fold in 1 teaspoon of oil and mix into the remaining ingredients of the salad. Rinse the basil, dab dry, pluck the leaves, cut large leaves into small pieces. Mix basil into the salad. Season salad with salt and pepper. Serve lukewarm or cold
