  • 20 g Flour
  • 75 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat)
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 70 g Applesauce (with sweetener)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Whisk flour, milk, egg yolk and salt. Brush a coated pan with oil and heat it up. Bake 2 thin pancakes from the dough and serve with apple sauce.
