Beetroot carrot juice with kefir and parsley (diet)

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 150 ml Kefir (0,3 % fat)
  • 100 ml beetroot juice
  • 50 ml Carrot juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 leaf Parsley to garnish

Directions

    Puree the kefir with a hand blender. Mix beetroot juice with carrot juice, season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour kefir into a glass, pour juice drop by drop into the middle of the glass.

    Garnish with 1 parsley leaf.
