Beat the egg and 3 tablespoons of water in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the dill, chop finely and stir into the egg. Spread a coated pan thinly with oil and heat it up.
Add the egg to the pan. Add the prawns and push the egg together with the prawns. Add the scrambled eggs to the bread. Arrange on a plate and garnish with dill and lemon
