Baked beans with tortilla chips and cabanossi

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Cabanossi
  • 2 Onions
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tin(s) (400 g each) baked beans
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g Schmand
  • 80 g grated gouda cheese
  • 60 g Tortilla Chips

Directions

    Cabanossi cut into slices. Peel onions and cut into large cubes. Wash, clean and dice the tomatoes. Heat oil in a pan and fry cabanossi in it. Add onion and fry briefly.

    Dust with cayenne pepper and add beans. Stew for about 5 minutes. Wash parsley, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Season baked beans with salt and cayenne pepper if necessary.

    Spread on plates or bowls. Serve with sour cream, gouda and tortilla chips. Sprinkle with parsley.
