Ingredients

Servings: 50
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 150 g Butter or margarine
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 30 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Strawberry Jam
  • 7-10 Tbsp little flour
  • 24 g Scattered sweetness
  • baking paper

Directions

    Knead flour, baking powder, fat, eggs and cream with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough, cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes

    Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to form a square (40 x 40 cm). Cut out about 50 squares (4x4 cm). Put a blob of jam on each half of the squares, cover with a second one and press slightly on the edges

    Place the cookies on baking trays lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sweetness
