  • 1 Bread roll (approx. 70 g
  • 7-10 Tbsp z. e.g. an Italian)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Butter
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 washer (20 g) Mortadella
  • 2 (30 g) Discs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mozzarella cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper, salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salad leaves, 3-4 olives

Directions

    Cut the rolls in half and spread with fat. Clean, wash and slice the tomato. Cover the roll with bologna, tomato, cheese and basil. Seasoning

    Toast or gratinate in a hot sandwich toaster or oven for about 3 minutes. Serve with salad and olives
