Roughly chop the chocolate. Heat 200 ml milk. Melt chocolate in it. Score the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out the pulp. Boil up the pulp and pod in 800 ml milk, remove the pod again. Stir melted chocolate and sugar into the hot milk.
Add whiskey and honey. Whip cream until stiff. Pour chocolate into glasses. Spread cream on top. Serve sprinkled with grated chocolate
