Ice cream on cherry sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 heaped Tbsp Coconut flakes. Oil for coating
  • 1 (125 ml) bottle of cherry sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp 100 g
  • 7-10 Tbsp Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 6 balls of vanilla ice cream with cherry preparation (à approx. 75 ml)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocktail cherries and mint leaves

Directions

    Caramelise the sugar in a pan until golden brown. Stir in the coconut flakes, spread on an oiled plate and let it cool down. Break the coconut brittle into small pieces. Spread the cherry sauce on 6 dessert plates.

    Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Pour the cream into a piping bag with star-shaped spout. Place 1 scoop of ice cream on each plate. Spray cream as small tuffs next to the ice cream scoops.

    Sprinkle with brittle. Serve as desired, decorated with halved cocktail cherries and mint leaves.
