Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 collar parsley, dill and chives
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Onion
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

    Wash the herbs and chop them finely or cut them into small rolls. Peel garlic and onions and chop finely. Mix vinegar, herbs, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into the mixture. Season to taste with a little sugar
