Open the can of coconut milk carefully without shaking. Remove solid coconut mass. Use the remaining coconut water for other purposes. Mix cream cheese, coconut mass, lemon juice and sugar. Finely crumble the oat biscuits in the universal chopper and distribute in glasses (approx. 350 ml each).
Wash and clean the strawberries and cut into small cubes. Sort blueberries, wash and drain. Puree about half of the strawberries, stir the puree into the cream cheese mixture and distribute in the glasses.
Mix the remaining strawberries with the strawberry fruit spread. Mix blueberry jam with blueberries. Layer fruit mixtures on the cream cheese mixture. Keep cool until serving.
