Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix cream cheese, milk and chives, except for a little bit for garnishing. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the salad, spin dry and tear coarsely.
Cover crispbreads with salad, spread cream cheese cream on top. Quarter the slices of ham and spread on the cream cheese. Sprinkle with cheddar and garnish with chives.
