  • 1 small red onion (about 50 g)
  • 250 g Camembert (45 % fat in dry matter)
  • 150 g Gorgonzola, Cremoso (48 % fat in dry matter)
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 75 g Cranberries

    Peel and halve the onion and cut into fine strips. Dice the camembert. Put the gorgonzola and butter with the onions and the camembert in a bowl and mix and knead with a fork. Season with pepper, add cranberries and fold in briefly in streaks. Arrange in a small bowl
