Tuna-bean spread

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 can(s) (à 425 ml) white cannellini beans
  • 2 can(s) (each 185 g/ cut 130 g) Tuna fillets in oil
  • 2 (approx. 50 g) Spring onions
  • 5-6 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Put the beans on a sieve, rinse briefly under cold water and drain. Tuna should also be drained. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings

    Puree 2/3 of the beans, about 6 tablespoons of water and olive oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir in the whole beans, tuna and spring onions, except for something to sprinkle. Arrange the tuna-bean spread in a small bowl and sprinkle with the remaining spring onions
