Ham sandwich with egg

Ingredients

  • 1 washer wholemeal bread (approx. 50 g)
  • 5 g Butter
  • several sheets Lettuce
  • 1 hard-boiled egg (size M)
  • 1 Corn veal (glass)
  • 1 Cornichons (glass)
  • 4 discs (15 g each) Salmon ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper

Directions

    Spread bread with butter. Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry

    Cut the egg into slices. Quarter the corn on the veal lengthwise. Cut the gherkins lengthwise into slices. Cover bread with ham, gherkins, baby corn on the veal and egg. Garnish with chervil and sprinkle with pepper
