Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the giros in it and keep them warm. Halve the toasties and toast. Mix crème fraîche and herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes.
Wash the salad and dab dry. Cover the toasties with lettuce and tomatoes. Spread gyros on the tomatoes. Put a blob of crème fraiche on each. Garnish with marjoram
