Peel onion and chop very finely. For the minced steaks knead minced meat, egg, mustard, onion, salt, pepper and paprika and form into 4 minced steaks. Cut open the Rösti package and form 4 buffers from the potato mixture. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, fry the potato pancakes on each side over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Heat the rest of the oil in a second large pan and fry the minced steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side at medium heat. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into diagonal rings.
Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Crumble the feta cheese. Wash thyme, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Layer a buffer, tomato slices, minced steak, again tomato slices, some cheese and spring onions sprinkled with pepper to a burger. Serve garnished with parsley as desired
