Wash the lemon hot, dry it off, grate the peel thinly. Cut the fruit into slices. Peel garlic and chop finely. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and finely dice. Mix 2 tbsp. oil, lemon peel, chilli, garlic and 1 tsp. oregano. Wash the meat, dab dry, season with salt and rub in the marinade.
Sort the arugula, wash and shake dry. Peel the onions. Clean the zucchini. Wash tomatoes and zucchini. Onions in columns, zucchini lengthwise in slices. Cut tomatoes in half. Season vegetables with salt and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil. Heat a grill pan and fry the prepared vegetables in it in portions on each side for about 1 minute. Alternatively, cook on the barbecue.
Grill the meat on each side for about 6 minutes. Let it rest for a short time and cut it into slices. Mix vegetables and rocket. Arrange vegetables, meat and lemon wedges. Crumble the cheese over the salad.
