  • 2 green pepper panicles
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Fennel seeds

Directions

    Pluck pepper panicles a little smaller. Pour 1 litre of boiling water over the pepper and fennel seeds in a pot and leave to stand for about 5 minutes. Pour tea through a sieve and serve

    Tip: Tastes even better with a tablespoon of honey!
