Green pasta salad with tuna

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Penne (Italian pasta)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 tin(s) (115 g) Tuna fillets (naturale)
  • 150 g clotted cream
  • 50 g Caper apples (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 90 g Spring onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 collar Basil

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime drain and drain the tuna. Puree 1/3 of the tuna, sour cream and 1 tablespoon of caper stock. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Wash the cucumber, grate dry and slice finely. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Quarter peppers, remove seeds, wash and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drain the noodles, rinse with cold water and drain.

    Mix the noodles, cucumber and paprika. Wash basil and shake dry. Pluck half of the leaves from the stalks and cut into fine strips. Add basil strips to the sauce and fold in.

    Fold the rest of the basil into the salad. Mix sauce and salad. Pick the rest of the tuna into pieces and carefully fold into the salad. Garnish with caper apples.
