  • 1 Cucumber
  • 40 ml Gin
  • 200 ml tonic water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Wash the cucumber, peel a long thin strip of the skin with a zest ripper. Use the rest of the cucumber for other purposes. Put gin into a long drink glass, add cucumber and ice and fill up with tonic. Garnish with mint.
