All ingredients should have the same temperature! Peel the garlic. Put 2 cloves of garlic and eggs into a high mixing bowl. Stir briefly with the electric chopping stick. Fold in 200 ml oil in a fine jet at the highest setting until a thick mayonnaise is obtained. Season to taste with salt, pepper and vinegar
Rinse shrimps if necessary, dab dry. Cut the rest of the garlic into slices. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Fry the prawns in this oil for 2-3 minutes while turning.
Fry the garlic briefly. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Possibly put three prawns on skewers. Serve with the garlic mayonnaise and garnish
