  • 1 can(s) (314 ml) Mandarins
  • 1 can(s) (236 ml) Pineapple
  • 1 small bunch of spring onions
  • 150 g light salad cream
  • 500 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, curry

Directions

    Drain the fruit, collect the juice. Chop the pineapple. Clean, wash and finely chop spring onions. Stir salad cream, yoghurt and 6 tbsp. juice until smooth. Stir in fruits and onions, season to taste.
