Ingredients

  • 2 cl Scotch whisky (e.g. Ballantine's)
  • 2 cl Lemon juice, 8 cl banana juice
  • 2 ice cubes, 3 cl strawberry syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cape gooseberry, carambola slice and pineapple leaf
  • 1 wooden skewers

Directions

    Put whisky, lemon juice, banana juice and ice cubes into a shaker and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and pour in the strawberry syrup. Put the fruit and pineapple leaf on a wooden skewer and decorate the cocktail with it.
