Cut the meat into large cubes. Cut the bacon into pieces and leave them crisp in a coated pan without fat. Take out. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the meat cubes all around for about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Take it out. Fry tomatoes in hot frying oil for 2-3 minutes. Mix mustard and honey. Put a blob of the mustard cream on each of the meat cubes. Stick tomatoes and bacon with wooden skewers on top.
Arrange the skewers. Garnish with parsley.
