Ingredients

  • 1 kg flushed pork neck
  • 3-5 Tbsp Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sweet peppers
  • 3 Peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. green, yellow and red)
  • 75-100 g smoked
  • 7-10 Tbsp streaky bacon
  • 500 g baby potatoes
  • 4 small onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp lettuce, tomato, lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp and parsley for garnishing
  • 7-10 Tbsp Metal skewers

Directions

    Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Mix oil, tomato paste and sweet paprika. Turn the pieces of meat in it and let them simmer covered for about 1 hour

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Cut the bacon into slices. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Peel and quarter onions

    Dab the meat a little dry. Alternate with the prepared ingredients on skewers. Season with salt and pepper. Roast the skewers in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 30-35 minutes. Serve with lettuce, tomato, lemon and parsley. Serve with tomato ketchup and sour cream or herb quark
