Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 1 kg Low-fat curd
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 250 g + 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 5 Eggs (size M)
  • 2 packages Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Semolina
  • 1 can(s) (314 ml) Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 can(s) (234 ml) Pineapple pieces
  • 100 g red, blue and yellow grapes
  • 1 package glaze
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

  1. 1

Mix quark, crème fraîche, 250 g sugar, lemon juice, eggs, pudding powder and semolina. Pour the quark mixture into a greased and floured springform pan (26 cm Ø) and smooth it down. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: not suitable/ gas: level 2) for 50-60 minutes. If necessary, cover after 40 minutes of baking time. Remove the cake from the oven, remove from the edge of the springform pan and let it cool on a cake rack for 2 hours. After about 1 1/2 hours, drain the mandarin oranges and pineapple pieces, collecting the juice. Clean, wash, halve and seed the grapes.

  2. 2

Mix the fruit and put it on the cake. Fill up the collected fruit juice with water to 250 ml. Mix cake glaze, 2 tablespoons sugar and juice. Bring to the boil and drizzle over the fruit. Let the cake glaze dry for about 30 minutes. Whipped cream tastes good with it
