Drain the apricots and collect the juice. Strawberries and blackberries, wash and clean. Sprinkle with sugar. Pour apricot juice and amaretto over it. Leave to stand for about half an hour.
In the meantime soak the gelatine in cold water. Puree half the apricots. Mix with cream cheese and lemon juice. Squeeze the gelatine, dissolve and stir into the cream. Pour into a bowl and chill for 30 minutes.
Put the marinated fruit and the remaining apricots on skewers. Cut the cream into dumplings. Serve with the marinade. Decorate with amaretti and marzipan strawberries as desired.
