Ingredients

  • 110 g kiwi pelĂ©
  • 1 glass (370 ml) Gooseberries
  • 300 ml apple juice
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 250 g Schmand

Directions

    Cut the kiwi into small pieces. Boil up with gooseberries, liquid and apple juice. Stir pudding powder and 5 tablespoons of water until smooth, stir in, bring to the boil again. Season to taste with lemon and sweetener, fill into dessert glasses, let cool off

    Whip the sour cream and some sweetener with the whisk of the hand mixer. Pour as a blob on the groats
