500 g Strawberries
2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
2 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar
200 g Sheep's cheese
2-3 stem(s) Basil
7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

Wash and clean the strawberries and puree about half of them with vinegar and icing sugar. Quarter the remaining strawberries. Drain cheese well and cut into small cubes. Stir the strawberries and cheese into the strawberry puree and leave to marinate for about 15 minutes. Wash the basil and pluck the leaves from the stems. Season salad with pepper and garnish with basil
