Fruit salad with lemon yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 300 g Cream-Yoghurt
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp or vanillin sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2-4 Tbsp Maple syrup or
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid honey
  • 4 Kiwis
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm and slices

Directions

    Mix yoghurt with vanilla sugar and 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice until smooth. Season to taste with maple syrup or honey. Pour lemon yoghurt into a bowl

    Peel the kiwis and cut into thin slices. Peel the bananas, cut them into diagonal slices and immediately sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice

    Arrange kiwi and banana slices in a fan shape on 4 dessert plates and sprinkle with sugar. Decorate as desired with lemon balm and slices of lemon. Serve with lemon yoghurt

    - If you use vanilla pulp more often: put the scraped out vanilla pod with sugar into a screw glass. Ready is the real vanilla sugar!

    - Maple syrup has an aromatic caramel note. It goes well with desserts and pastries, but you can also use it to refine hearty dishes (e.g. salad dressings, meat dishes).
