Flatbread Pizza Ham-Rucola

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 package (200 g) strained tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 50 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 30 g Arugula (rocket)
  • 4 discs Parma ham
  • 1 TABLESPOON green and black olives
  • 1 flat Turkish flat bread (7-8 mm thick)

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225°C/circulating air: 200°C/gas: level 4). Place bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Peel and chop the garlic. Wash tomatoes and cut into large pieces. Mix both with strained tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Spread on the flat bread. Grate cheese over it.

    Drizzle with oil and bake in a hot oven for 7-8 minutes. Clean, wash and spin dry the rocket. Spread on the finished pizza with ham and olives.
