Mix the goat's cheese and crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Unroll the pizza dough and remove from the baking paper. Wrap in the middle to form a rectangle (approx. 18.5 x 25 cm).
Roll out on a floured work surface to an oval dough cake (approx. 20 x 48 cm).
Place diagonally on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the dough with cream, spread the tomatoes on top and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 15-20 minutes.
