Preparation: Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225°C/circulating air: 200°C/gas: level 4). Place bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Wash, clean and drain the mangetouts. Clean and wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and cut into slices. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the vegetables for about 2 minutes while turning. Season with salt.
Spread flat bread with Ajvar. Spread vegetables on top. Crumble the gorgonzola over it and cover with pepperoni. Bake in a hot oven for 7-10 minutes.
