Preparation: Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225°C/circulating air: 200°C/gas: level 4). Place bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Peel the pineapple, cut out the hard stalk. Cut the flesh into slices. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Stir cream cheese and milk until smooth. Season with curry, salt and pepper.
Spread on the flatbread. Break up the turkey breast and spread it with pineapple and spring onions. Grate cheese over it. Bake in a hot oven for 7-10 minutes.
