Clean the mushrooms, wash if necessary, cut into slices. Peel onions, cut into rings. Fry bacon in a pan without fat until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. Fry mushrooms and onions in hot frying fat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Slice the flat bread horizontally, spread with cream cheese. Spread bacon, mushrooms and onions on top. Bake on a baking tray under the hot oven grill for about 5 minutes. Wash the chives, cut into small rolls and sprinkle on the pizza.
