  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g pitted green olives
  • 100 g pitted black olives
  • 400 g Double cream cheese
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TSP dried oregano
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 2 (400 g each) Rolls of pizza dough (refrigerated shelf)
  • 12 discs Parma ham
  • 100 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Springform pan

Directions

  1. 1

Grease the springform pan and dust with flour. Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Peel garlic and chop finely. Coarsely chop the olives. Mix cream cheese with garlic, olives and tomato paste.

  2. 2

Season with pepper and 3 tsp. oregano. Cut the mozzarella into slices about 1⁄2 cm thick.

  3. 3

Unroll the pizza dough on the work surface together with the baking paper. Spread the dough evenly with cream cheese cream, leave a small rim all around (approx. 1 cm). Cover evenly with mozzarella and ham.

  4. 4

Roll up from the short side without baking paper, cut into approx. 6 pieces each. Place the pizza rolls in the springform pan.

  5. 5

Grate parmesan. Sprinkle on pizza rolls. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool down for about 5 minutes and snack on it.
