Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat).
Put the flour in a bowl, put the dried yeast, milk and melted butter in a bowl, add salt and sugar and mix with the dough hooks until you have a nice, smooth, even pizza dough.
That won't take long. If the dough is too sticky or firm, add some more water or flour.
Cover with the ingredients of your choice, fold in the edge and put it in the oven: Bake your pizza for 15-20 minutes until the base and crust are nice and crispy.
