Prepare pizza dough and tomato sauce. Cut mozzarella into slices. Wash the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves.
Form a small ball of pizza dough into a round (approx. 22 cm Ø) pizza. Spread with approx. 1/4 tomato sauce and cover with 1/4 each of mozzarella and basil.
Put it on the pizza stone or the baking tray. Bake in a hot oven on the pizza stone for 6-8 minutes, on the baking tray for 12-13 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with 1 tsp. oil. Bake 3 more pizzas from the remaining ingredients.
