Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g sliced boiled ham
  • 300 g dried tortellini
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 75 g Parmesan (piece)

Directions

    Bring 3 l of water to the boil with approx. 2 tsp. salt. Peel onion and garlic, dice finely. Clean the mushrooms, wash if necessary and cut into slices. Cut ham into strips. Cook tortellini in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes until brown. Fry ham, onion and garlic briefly. Add cream and 1/8 l water, bring to the boil and boil down for 7-10 minutes. Add frozen peas and cook for about 5 minutes.

    In the meantime wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Grate the parmesan, melt half in the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Drain the tortellini and mix with the sauce. Sprinkle with the rest of parmesan and parsley.
