Peel and wash the potatoes. Cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Peel and chop onion. Clean, wash and chop the spinach and tomato. Steam with onion in approx. 1/8 l water covered for 7-9 minutes
Fry meat in hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side, season. Drain potatoes and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Arrange everything with sour cream
