Fillet of beef with spinach

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 160 g Potatoes, salt, pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 250 g (112.5 g each) fresh or 2 cubes of portionable frozen leaf spinach
  • 1 Tomato
  • 100 g Fillet of beef
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Sesame
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) ripened cream

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes. Cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Peel and chop onion. Clean, wash and chop the spinach and tomato. Steam with onion in approx. 1/8 l water covered for 7-9 minutes

    Fry meat in hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side, season. Drain potatoes and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Arrange everything with sour cream
