Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 8 thin pork cutlets (à approx. 100 g)
  • 1 collar Basil
  • 8 discs Parma ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 12 long skewers

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and possibly tap flatter. Wash basil, dab off leaves. Remove shavings from the Parmesan

    Cover the schnitzel with basil, parmesan and ham. Roll up firmly and cut into slices of approx. 2 cm thickness

    Put about 3 slices crosswise on each skewer. Grill on the hot grill for 8-10 minutes while turning. Seasoning
