Filled fan fillets with bacon and cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 750 g baby potatoes
  • 2 Meat Tomatoes
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 3 Disc/s Gouda (ca. 30 g)
  • 6 Disc/s Bacon
  • 4 Chicken filets (à approx. 175 g)
  • 3 Stem/s Parsley

Directions

    Mix paprika and oil. Wash the potatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Put potatoes and broccoli in a bowl. Drizzle half the paprika oil over them. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything and season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.

    Quarter cheese slices. Halve bacon slices. Wash the fillets, dab dry and cut them six times crosswise, but do not cut through. Put cheese and bacon alternately into the incisions. Brush meat with remaining paprika oil and season with salt and pepper.

    Place the fillets on a baking tray. Spread potatoes and vegetables around the meat. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 45 minutes. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Arrange chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley and drizzle with the frying fat.
