For the noodle salad, cook the noodles in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Wash and chop 4 tomatoes. Mix salad cream, vinegar and yoghurt. Drain noodles, rinse with cold water and mix with the prepared ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
For the skewers, peel the onions and cut them into slices. Wash the remaining tomatoes and cut them into thick slices. Wash the meat and dab dry. Roll up meat slices from the short side and cut in half. Put meat, olives, onions and tomatoes alternately on skewers.
For the seasoning oil squeeze lime. Mix the harissa, oil, lime juice, cumin and a little salt. Coat the skewers with it.
Fry the skewers in a pan without fat for 10-12 minutes. Arrange everything.
