Fast pizza with turkey, pineapple & spring onions

Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh pineapple or 4 pineapple rings (tin)
  • 2–3 Spring onions
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 100 g Turkey breast cold cuts
  • 75 g Mountain cheese (piece)

Directions

    Peel the pineapple, remove the hard stalk. Cut the flesh into slices. Clean and wash spring onions, cut into rings.

    Stir cream cheese and milk until smooth, season. Spread on the bread. Pluck the turkey breast. Spread on the turkey breast with pineapple and spring onions. Grate cheese over it. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 225°C/circulating air: 200°C/gas: level 4) for 7-10 minutes.
