Fast pizza with vegetables & gorgonzola

Ingredients

  • 75 g Sweet peas
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Ajvar (paprika cream)
  • 75 g Gorgonzola
  • 8 Pepperoni (jar)
  • 1 flat flat bread (7-8 mm thick; approx. 300 g)

Directions

    Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut the zucchini into slices. Fry vegetables in hot oil while turning for about 2 minutes. Season with salt.

    Spread bread with Ajvar. Spread vegetables on top. Crumble gorgonzola over it and cover with pepperoni. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 225°C/circulating air: 200°C/gas: level 4) for 7-10 minutes.
